Your current location: Visa status: Availability: Expected rate all inc on c2c ( 6% VMS and Payment terms Net 60 ) : Experience Required: 10 and above Job Summary: This role involves working as a Genesys Cloud CX Architect responsible for designing scalable secure and AI driven contact center solutions. The consultant will lead architecture configuration and integration efforts while leveraging APIs scripting and DevOps practices to deliver high quality enterprise contact center platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design scalable and secure Genesys Cloud CX solutions based on business requirements Design and implement AI powered IVA solutions Configure and architect Genesys Cloud CX platform Work with APIs web services RESTful JSON and OAuth for integrations Develop automation scripts using JavaScript Python or PowerShell Implement CI CD and DevOps practices within Genesys Cloud environment Skills: Genesys PureCloud CTI Genesys Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
