Genesys Developer Role and Responsibilities: Minimum 3-5 years of application development experience implementing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX. - Functional and hands-on experience on development on Voice and Non-Voice (SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot, etc.) applications solutioning using Genesys Cloud CX Architect. - Thorough understanding of Genesys Framework, Integration with internal and external components. - Delivery credentials for Self-Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech-based interfaces and dynamic menu based on customer treatment strategies. - Genesys Cloud CX certified professional in one or more focused solution area (Inbound, Outbound, Multi-channel, Desktop, Integration, Recording, Reporting, etc.) Requirements: Genesys Architect Flows, Data Actions, OAuth and Integrations objects Genesys Integration with other Ancillary Products Genesys Cloud Reporting Genesys Cloud APIs Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 10/24/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $ 80,000– $ 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
