Description Job Summary: The BMW Genius supports sales representatives before, during, and after the customer sale with a focus on the customer product experience. This position is responsible for explaining BMW technologies and features of vehicles to customers upon delivery of the car. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Product demonstration of BMW vehicle features; Answers clients questions regarding BMW products; Delivers vehicles upon client purchase pick up; Configures vehicle with mobile customizer; Performs test drives as needed; Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties. Requirements Valid Driving License; Acceptable Driving Record; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent time management skills; Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
