ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a talent for sales and networking, and a strong foundation in biology and biotechnology? Interested in connecting scientists at the world’s leading biopharma companies with software and services that will innovate drug discovery and manufacturing efforts? If so, we would like to talk with you! We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills who will be a vital member of our team and will have a significant impact on the growth of our business. You will work closely with scientific stakeholders at Genedata and with business stakeholders outside of Genedata to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. You will actively develop, recommend, and implement strategic and tactical account plans and negotiate sales agreements. You will be the face of our business and will work to earn the trust of our customers by helping them meet their business goals and find creative solutions when problems arise.

This full-time position is located in our Lexington, MA office. Occasional regional travel may be required, less than 10% on an annual basis.
We are happy to mentor the right candidate who is looking to move into business development.
The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
