We are seeking a polished, results-driven Operations & Sales Director to manage club operations while aggressively driving VIP sales, bar revenue, and event bookings.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The manager will have a hand in all aspects of daily and nightly club operations with a direct focus on revenue generation. This position blends luxury hospitality management with proactive sales leadership, ensuring the club exceeds financial targets while delivering a five-star guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5–10 years of management experience in high-end nightlife, luxury hospitality, or adult entertainment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with elite clientele.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor; must represent the club’s brand image at all times.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a high-energy environment.
