JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Must be a licensed geodetic engineer.
  • Must have at least 5 years working experience on the same role for a horizontal real estate developer and construction company.
  • Must be willing to do field works.
  • Knowledgeable in using surveying instrument such as Total StaPon and RTK.
  • Knowledgeable in processing survey date using Autocad, Civil 3D and GIS.
  • Proficient in communicaPon and inter-personal skills.
  • Must be able to do write ups on survey reports.
  • With knowledge in project documentaPon and project survey requirements.
  • With good standing in GEP and PRC

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Responsible for all legal and other requirements related to survey plans.
  • Implementation of all surveying activities including but not limited to relocation, verification, as-built, topographic and actual survey.
  • Establish controls and monitor ground surveys, marking and measurements for construction and updating of maps.
  • Conduct land survey research at the necessary government agencies based on documents, lot survey, and other records to obtain data needed for the land survey.
  • Coordinate findings with the work of planning, construction, clients and other stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Assist other departments on various survey date needed in the pre and post construction period.
  • Prepare plan for sketch, location, vicinity and google image of the subject property for acquisition and for presentation.
  • Undertake verification of lots offered for sale to the company as to the accuracy of the technical description, veracity of related documents, actual position on the ground.
  • Establish technical description of individual lots in all projects including but not limited to saleable lots, road lots, open spaces, easement and prepare needed documents for filing to the Bureau of Lands, Land Management Bureau and other government agencies.
  • Prepare the road profiles and staking of the same on site.
  • Prepare individual lot plan and conduct lot monumenting needed for construction.
  • Assist the construction team in setting up horizontal and vertical controls for construction purposes.
