Plan creative, interactive, stimulating lessons that inspire curiosity and challenge students. Maintain high expectations for all students and foster strong teacher-student relationships. Integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning. Assess student progress and provide clear feedback for improvement. Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of learning and share best practices. Participate in professional learning sessions and contribute to departmental development. Communicate effectively with parents on academic and pastoral matters. Involve in the organization and delivery of extra-curricular activities, school events and competitions. Contribute to school blogs and maintain high-quality displays in classrooms and public areas. Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards in all learning environments. What we're looking for A relevant Degree plus a teaching qualification. Minimum 3 years of recent classroom teaching experience. Strong knowledge of the English National Curriculum for Geography. Passionate about Geography and committed to high‑quality teaching and learning. Excellent classroom practice with the ability to differentiate for diverse learners. Experience supporting EAL learners and integrating language into subject teaching. High level of IT competence and willingness to integrate technology into lessons. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to work calmly under pressure. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
