Collaboration and mentoring are cornerstones of REE’s culture.

We operate under a sell-manage-do culture, and so we expect that you’d work on challenging technical projects while leveraging your existing knowledge and experience to help Geosyntec expand its current practices and capabilities through business development and client management.

You may also be asked to take on project management responsibilities, along with staff management and development, and mentoring tasks. 

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Developing business opportunities with new and existing clients and preparing associated proposals.
• Lead geological modelling, data validation, resource estimation and mineral resource reporting efforts for mining sector clients
• Leading geostatistical analysis, quality control analysis, due diligence and database management
• Managing, training and mentoring of early- and mid-career staff
• Alignment with REE's Sell/Manage/Do model
• Business Development of Mining Market Sector (Sell)
• Working closely with REE’s existing Mining Engineering and Resource Services (MERS) team to:
• o Lead and contribute to the delivery of studies (Do/Manage);
• o Analyses (as required), proposal and report writing, producing high quality deliverables (Do);
• o Develop a team to grow MERS (Manage)
• o Collaboration with REE’s Mining High Growth Area (HGA) initiative
