Now ramping up underground production, Kathleen Valley represents one of the most significant new lithium operations globally and is central to Liontown's long-term growth strategy.   About the role   We're looking for an enthusiastic Mine Geologist to join our underground geology team on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth. This is a great opportunity to build your career in a technically rich, low-waste, high-grade underground environment, supported by an experienced Senior Mine Geologist and reporting to the Geology Superintendent.   This is a key role in a growing team during a critical ramp-up phase — and a chance to make your mark at the start of something big.   Key responsibilities   Uphold and promote strong safety compliance through safe work practices Conduct underground face and backs mapping, sampling, and mark-ups Utilise geological data to provide guidance to mine planning and production Support short-term grade control and ore delivery Manage ROM and crusher feed plans Support stope notes and reconciliations Monitor geological data and assist in core logging activities to interpret orebody trends Contribute to monthly reconciliation and reporting processes Ensure data accuracy and QA/QC across sampling and logging activities Collaborate with mining and engineering teams to support daily production goals   About you   Degree qualified in Geology or Earth Sciences Experience in underground mining geology (open to strong graduates who are ready for the next step) Working knowledge of geological software such as Leapfrog, Datamine, or similar Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality Good communicator with a proactive and team-oriented mindset Valid manual driver's license and the ability to work in a remote site environment Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and pass a pre-employment medical.
