Geomechanical Engineer with over 8 years of experience in 1D and 3D geomechanical modeling, as well as remote and/or onsite real-time monitoring for oil and gas projects. Specialist in building and calibrating geomechanical models for drilling planning and optimization, using specialized software both in office and in the field to support onshore and offshore operations. Responsible for supervising and adjusting models in response to critical events during drilling, with interventions carried out either remotely or on site as required by the project. Demonstrates strong ability to provide proactive technical support to international teams, adapting to different locations and operational requirements. Stands out for expertise in managing projects and multidisciplinary teams, effectively responding to incidents and making real-time decisions under pressure. Fluent in both Spanish and English, enabling effective communication with clients and multicultural teams, as well as proper management of feedback. Active participant in technical societies and conferences, with contributions to publications and promotion of best practices. Available to travel and to work extended shifts as required by project demands.
