A role you will love The Communications Centre is at the heart of our business, acting as the front line for one of our most important functions — delivering exceptional customer service. As an Investor Service Representative (ISR), you’ll be part of a supportive team reporting to a Team Leader, managing day‑to‑day enquiries across multiple communication channels and non-complex operational tasks. You’ll provide high‑quality service on behalf of our clients through our omni‑channel environment, always working within customer service and regulatory guidelines. In this role, you’ll support clients and shareholders of ASX‑listed companies during key corporate events — including AGMs, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and activist campaigns. You’ll work within a structured, fully scripted environment designed to set you up for success, ensuring you uphold the trusted reputation of both Georgeson and Computershare while delivering consistent, accurate, and professional service aligned to our policies and procedures.
