Description By joining AllTerra Central, you'll be joining a dynamic team at the forefront of geospatial innovation! We are currently looking for a Geospatial Support and Training Specialist to serve as a trusted technical partner to AllTerra customers. This role provides expert consultation on Trimble Business Center (TBC), Trimble Access (TA), and related solutions to ensure successful workflows in the field and office. The successful candidate will educate clients on product features, resolve technical challenges, and support evolving technological needs within the Advanced Technology Team. In-depth knowledge of Trimble Business Center, Trimble Access, RTK, VRS, and Static GNSS workflows, robotic and conventional total station workflows, and scanning workflows is required. NOTE: This role can be based in our Austin, Dallas, Houston or San Antonio office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Deliver ongoing technical consultation for TBC and TA applications, via phone or in person, ensuring optimal client workflows. · Logging all interactions with customers · Educate customers on new and existing product features and functionality. · Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously develop technical skills. · Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and clients. · Provide technical support for clients enrolled in AllTerra’s paid support programs · Expand expertise to include Trimble Perspective, Trimble T4D (Monitoring), Trimble FieldLink, MGIS, and other solutions. · Create instructional videos addressing common issues and solutions. · Conduct monthly online customer training sessions or webinars. · Learn all aspects of TBC (Scanning, Corridors, Drafting, and Mobile Mapping), Trimble Access (Roads, Pipelines) and new equipment to support all field and office operations. · Share technical updates and resolutions with internal technical and sales teams. · Contribute quarterly technical tips for AllTerra’s Technical Newsletter. · Assist the technical team as needed. Requirements POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in the Construction or Land Surveying industry. In-depth knowledge of Trimble Business Center, Trimble Access, RTK, VRS, and Static GNSS workflows, robotic and conventional total station workflows, and scanning workflows. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Familiarity with Trimble T4D Monitoring software and workflows. Familiarity with Trimble FieldLink. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES: Strong attention to detail and adaptability to handle several tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, SharePoint, and Teams. Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Must be available to travel to customer and/or company locations as required. Flexibility to work past normal business hours as necessary. NOTE: This role can be based in our Austin, Dallas, Houston or San Antonio office.
