WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Develop and support necessary site investigation scopes, ensuring rigorous adherence to client and MGW quality assurance programs.
• Actively participate in team and client meetings, owning decisions and proposing alternative ideas and concepts.
• Prepare fee bids and geotechnical scopes for project budgets and produce/review various technical documents including desk studies, interpretative reports, bills of quantities, specifications, construction drawings, and design reports.
• Provide specialised technical input to studies and designs, develop study and design procedures, and perform quality control reviews of design calculations or drawings.
• Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to practice development and innovation.
