About the role We’re seeking a safety-focused Geotechnical Engineer to provide operational geotechnical support in development and production. Reporting to the Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting longhole stoping mining operations. You’ll design and implement ground support plans, conduct inspections, deliver expert geotechnical advice for mine designs all while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Roster: 8/6, 12 hours per day (Dayshift only) Location: Federation Mine, Nymagee NSW Travel options Residents enjoy a balanced roster and the opportunity to settle into the family-friendly township of Cobar.
