Your Role As a Geotechnical Engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for project-related foundation design and soil-structure interaction analysis, including planning, evaluation, and validation of Pull-Out Tests (POTs). You will contribute to the safe and cost-efficient development of our solar tracking systems for international utility-scale and Agri-PV projects and play a key role in optimizing geotechnical design and validation processes. Tasks Create project-specific foundation designs according to the geotechnical conditions and the system-specific foundation loads Plan and coordinate POT campaigns for solar tracker structures together with Sales and customers Evaluate POT results and oversee the company's geotechnical surveys Review of geotechnical reports for foundation and corrosion estimation for offer proposal Provide geotechnical engineering support for certification and client audits Collaborate across departments (Sales, Project Design, Development) and interface with external experts and partners Requirements University degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnics, Geoscience or comparable qualification (Bachelor, Master or higher) Experience in the development and coordination of fieldwork (POT campaigns) and construction activities Sound understanding of soil corrosion mechanisms and corrosion mitigation strategies (e.g. coating systems, material selection, sacrificial thickness concepts) Strong analytical mindset and structured working approach Familiarity with international codes and standards (e.g. Eurocode, ASCE) is a plus Proficient in written and spoken English High team orientation, ownership, and passion for innovative, cross-functional work Benefits Monthly €50 shopping card (tax-free) 30 days vacation Hybrid working model Overtime compensation Company bike* Corporate Benefits Company pension scheme with 20% employer contribution* *After probation period Does that sound like you?
