Nobis is looking for a Project Manager with a concentration on commercial projects for our Geotechnical Engineering group to be based in Concord, New Hampshire or at our Lowell, MA office. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and a desire to join our remarkable team of forward thinking committed partners.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and manage proposals, contracts, and subcontracts.
  • Communicate with clients, state and local regulators, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and prepare monthly invoices.
  • Oversee the technical performance of projects to provide high-quality solutions (design plans, specifications, reports, and other design documents).
  • Perform on-the-job training and mentoring of junior staff.
  • Provide technical review for environmental investigations, remedial actions, and environmental due diligence projects for a variety of environmental project types throughout New England.
  • Communicate with Nobis’ internal Resource Center Manager and Account Manager regularly on the status and performance projects.
  • Identify, prioritize, and build relationships that will support Nobis’ long-term commercial strategies for growth.
  • Build strategic alliances and teaming relationships that enable Nobis to pursue commercial contracts as both a prime and subcontractor.
  • Participate in commercial development team to develop strategy, identify leads, and position the team to grow commercial market sector revenues.
  • Assist in development of commercial market sector strategic plans, prepare revenue and labor utilization projections, and meeting revenue targets for commercial services.
