Description

Management of the Finance organization within the GeoUnit, including talent management, training and development. Responsible for cash collections and controlling DSO within the GeoUnit. Provides governance over the balance sheet in the GeoUnit in conjunction with Finance Hubs. Analyzes balance sheet and cash flow currency exposures and proposes to SL Treasury strategies to minimize their impacts. Responsible for tax management & compliance across the legal entities within the GeoUnit, including statutory accounts and tax compliance, support on tax audits, legal entity capital structure, and other regulatory/compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to corporate ethical policies and internal controls. Ensures GeoUnits structure costs and other costs shared across Divisions are optimized. Prepare annual and quarterly plans for GeoUnit structure costs and other costs shared across Divisions. Participate in managing local alliances and joint ventures. Enable the SAP deployment in the GeoUnit.

Responsibilities
