Fruits & Passion is hiring for the opening of their permanent Kiosk starting this holiday season this year! We are currently looking for a Kiosk Manager for our kiosk at Carrefour de l’Estrie, Sherbrooke.

Responsibilities

The Store Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager. Your role is to supervise the store environment in a way that promotes inclusion and fosters diverse relationships with customers.

You will lead, train, coach, and guide the team to meet the store’s sales and profitability objectives. You will also be responsible for recruitment, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to adapt to different situations, environments, challenges, tasks, and varied working hours is essential to your success.

  • Ensure that your store achieves the company’s objectives and meets key performance indicators.
  • Manage the kiosk’s operations effectively by ensuring that tasks are well-distributed (company policies and procedures, loss prevention, payroll, report generation, and schedule preparation).
  • Oversee the recruitment, management, development, and training of the best candidates passionate about sales, customer service, and fashion.
  • Lead by example when it comes to customer experience and ensure the team provides a shopping experience that builds positive relationships with customers and fosters loyalty.
  • Implement marketing strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and welcoming environment that encourages customers to shop.
  • Establish open and effective communication with the Operations Manager.
