Job Purpose:
Develop and design supply chain solutions for eCommer projects
Manage solution design deliverables across highly complex projects Model scenarios of current and future operational solutions & present and advise alternative cost benefit analysis & value models
Advise the customer in new & innovative solutions which address the customer needs and demonstrate clear solution fit Support the development of a commercial framework for proposed solution with Business Development & Key Account Managers in order to achieve DSC’s growth, contract retention and continuous improvement objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• To be the SME in specific solutions of eCom design skills and sector-specific skills/ tools
• To lead and coach the assigned SD team members on specific skills/ project needs
• To lead/ support the SD workstream in the pursuit of new business/ renewal of existing ones
• Provision of solutions/ analytical support for implementation/ re-engineering needs for key/ strategic projects as assigned
• To establish optimal costing/ commercialisation for New/ Existing business
• Engage and work closely with operations team on implementation of assigned projects
• Engage and work closely with BD and sector team on proposing solution design needs
• Championed assigned practise/ solution subject matter expertise- build depths via research and application, team development & training, engagement on relevant projects
• Outline solutions and commercial proposals in appropriate formats for presentation to internal / customers. Participate in customer presentations where required
• Develop and maintain good and effective communication across the business
• Actively seek to understand and apply innovation be it facility, fleet, technology or safety to solutions

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in other division (e.g. GCS, DGF, etc.) beneficial
• Wide ranging knowledge of divisional products and capabilities
• Extensive knowledge of all Sectors, Customers and Products
• End to End SC Experience
• Full understanding of all SD tools, techniques and procedures
• Advanced English
• E-commerce experience
