We are currently searching for a Gerente contable: Responsibilities Asegurar la integridad, exactitud y cierre oportuno de toda la información financiera y contable de la organización. Diseñar, planear y supervisar el estricto cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales ante el SAT y demás entidades gubernamentales. Establecer, monitorear y robustecer los sistemas de control interno, promoviendo la mejora continua de los procesos del departamento. Dirigir, coordinar y dar seguimiento al desempeño, planes de desarrollo y actividades diarias de un equipo de 8 colaboradores a cargo. Fungir como el enlace principal y facilitar de manera directa todos los procesos de auditoría externa con firmas de prestigio. Requirements Licenciatura concluida y con título profesional en Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o carreras económico-administrativas afines (sin formación trunca). Experiencia a partir de 7 a 10 años en áreas contables, liderando activamente equipos de trabajo y procesos de cierres financieros anuales y mensuales. Trayectoria mínima de 5 años liderando o coordinando auditorías externas, con fuerte preferencia por interacciones con firmas del grupo Big Four o similares. Experiencia mínima de 5 años en el manejo de sistemas ERP / CRM, así como un nivel avanzado en Excel y análisis de datos con Power BI. Conocimientos avanzados y prácticos en la administración de tesorería, flujos de efectivo, planificación financiera, marcos fiscales vigentes en México y gestión de riesgos. Mindset de Alto Rendimiento: Resiliencia, inteligencia emocional, enfoque estratégico ante entornos de alta demanda y destreza en la resolución de conflictos. Deseable: Experiencia previa dentro de empresas de manufactura, distribución masiva o retail. Familiaridad con la automatización de procesos financieros a través de macros avanzadas o tableros de control predictivos. Idiomas Inglés intermedio-avanzado (B2).
