La oportunidad Reportando al equipo de liderazgo para Latinoamérica, serás responsable de impulsar el crecimiento comercial de Gallagher en México, Centroamérica y el Caribe. Se trata de una posición con un alto nivel de autonomía, donde tendrás la libertad para identificar oportunidades, influir en la dirección comercial y tomar decisiones que impulsen el crecimiento sostenible del negocio. Pasarás tiempo en terreno apoyando a nuestros socios comerciales, visitando clientes y desarrollando nuevos negocios, además de colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de Marketing, Producto y Comercial para seguir impulsando el crecimiento de Gallagher en categorías de productos consolidadas y emergentes. En este puesto serás responsable de: Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de canales y salida al mercado para México, Centroamérica y el Caribe. Fortalecer relaciones comerciales con distribuidores, cadenas de retail, socios OEM y clientes estratégicos. Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio a través de canales de distribución, retail agropecuario y alianzas OEM. Incrementar la penetración de nuestros productos mediante distribuidores y redes comerciales. Analizar tendencias del mercado e identificar oportunidades prioritarias de crecimiento. Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales de la región. Representar y fortalecer la marca Gallagher en toda la región. Lo que buscamos Buscamos a una persona con una fuerte orientación comercial, que disfrute desarrollando mercados a través de relaciones sólidas y alianzas estratégicas. Entiendes cómo funcionan las ventas por canal, disfrutas construyendo relaciones comerciales de largo plazo y sabes convertir oportunidades de mercado en resultados. Para tener éxito en esta posición, idealmente contarás con: Experiencia gestionando distribuidores, redes de concesionarios o canales de venta. Conocimiento sólido del mercado agropecuario, ganadero o rural. Experiencia trabajando en México y, preferentemente, en Centroamérica. Historial comprobado de crecimiento de ventas mediante canales indirectos. Excelentes habilidades de negociación, influencia y gestión de relaciones. Fuerte visión comercial y capacidad estratégica. Actitud proactiva, autonomía y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente. Será un plus si además cuentas con: Experiencia trabajando con distribuidores agrícolas o agropecuarios.. Experiencia en industrias como salud animal, nutrición animal, ganadería o maquinaria agrícola. Experiencia desarrollando alianzas con fabricantes OEM. Afinidad por la tecnología y el desarrollo de soluciones innovadoras para el sector agropecuario. Idiomas Español fluido (indispensable). Inglés será considerado una ventaja ¿Por qué Gallagher?
