Serás responsable de liderar la estrategia de marketing para el área inmuno-respiratoria en Colombia, gestionando un portafolio líder y asegurando su crecimiento sostenible. Trabajarás de manera articulada con equipos de Medical, Market Access, Ventas y Operaciones para garantizar una ejecución alineada con la estrategia regional y global. Este es un rol estratégico con impacto directo en posicionamiento de marca, crecimiento del portafolio y resultados financieros, liderando el Brand Team. Principales funciones : Diseñar y ejecutar el plan estratégico de marca alineado a la estrategia global y a las necesidades del mercado colombiano. Liderar el Brand Team, asegurando alineación y excelencia en la ejecución cross-funcional. Desarrollar e implementar campañas omnicanal centradas en el cliente y basadas en insights de mercado. Liderar lanzamientos de nuevos productos e indicaciones, garantizando preparación comercial, de acceso al mercado y cumplimiento regulatorio. Gestionar el presupuesto de marketing y optimizar el retorno de inversión. Monitorear KPIs del negocio y definir acciones correctivas para maximizar resultados. ¿Por qué tú? Requisitos básicos Buscamos profesionales con las siguientes habilidades y calificaciones requeridas para ayudarnos a alcanzar nuestros objetivos: Título universitario en Mercadeo, Administración, Ciencias de la Salud o campo relacionado. Experiencia sólida en marketing farmacéutico, idealmente superior a 5 años, en roles estratégicos. Experiencia en desarrollo de planes de marca, campañas omnicanal y lanzamientos de productos exitosos. Experiencia trabajando en equipos multifuncionales y entornos matriciales o liderando equipos comerciales en la industria farmacéutica. Capacidad analítica para traducir datos de mercado en decisiones estratégicas y acciones comerciales. Conocimiento profundo del sistema de salud colombiano y procesos de acceso y reembolso. Nivel de inglés mínimo B2. Requisitos deseables Si cuentas con las siguientes características, será un plus: Experiencia previa como Brand Manager Senior, Product Manager o Marketing Manager, manejando portafolios de alto impacto financiero. Experiencia en áreas terapéuticas como respiratoria, inmunología o productos de alto costo, y participación en lanzamientos exitosos. Familiaridad con herramientas digitales, CRM o plataformas de engagement multicanal. Formación de postgrado en Marketing, Administración, financiera o áreas afines.
