Description
Activities: Coordinate the activities of the project team, in order to guarantee the execution of the project within the schedule and budget; Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and overseeing the entire project life cycle, from initiation to closure. Conduct thorough Baseline Reviews for all new projects, reviewing project plans, objectives, and cost estimates to align with company financial objectives. Collaborate with the finance team to report any deviations in project margins promptly. Attend Kick-off meetings with external clients, providing insights and ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives and possible issues. Lead follow-up meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of project-related matters. Support Project Analysts; Perform the contract document review (CRV) process, ensuring that all technical and contractual requirements are identified and cascaded to the project team Originate and guarantee the client's approval of the scope of the project: Composition Drawings and the Composition Overview; Conduct the Change Management process for ongoing projects; Interface with IVA (Independent Verification Agency), ie. IRC/CLI; Initiate Billing Plan, Initiate invoicing, Initiate follow-up on payments; Handle and monitor on-going Project RISK & Opportunities Handle and monitor Lessons Learned Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.) Requirements: Complete Higher Education in Administration, Engineering or related areas. Desirable Postgraduate or MBA in Project Management. Desirable PMP Certification ( Project Management Professional ). Advanced English Office Package Project Management.
