Principales responsabilidades: Liderar, coordinar y supervisar la ejecución del servicio PMO en todas las gerencias del proyecto. Actuar como contraparte principal de CMDIC para la gestión del contrato y del desempeño del servicio. Asegurar la correcta implementación de prácticas de planificación, control, gestión de riesgos y reportabilidad. Coordinar el trabajo de los Ingenieros Consultores, asegurando consistencia metodológica, foco y trazabilidad. Apoyar la toma de decisiones de la Dirección del Proyecto mediante análisis integrados, evaluación de escenarios y recomendaciones ejecutivas. Velar por la calidad, oportunidad y consistencia de la información reportada a instancias de gobernanza. Qualifications Profesional titulado/a de Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial, o carrera afín. Especialización o experiencia práctica en gestión de proyectos, planificación, control o riesgos. Mínimo 10 años de experiencia profesional, con trayectoria comprobable en proyectos de gran escala en minería y/o infraestructura industrial. Al menos 8 años en roles de liderazgo, supervisión o coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios. Experiencia en roles de consultoría y apoyo estratégico a proyectos, participando en la resolución estructurada de problemas, análisis de escenarios y evaluación de alternativas técnicas, económicas y de programación. Experiencia apoyando procesos de toma de decisiones del dueño, mediante la elaboración de diagnósticos integrados, recomendaciones ejecutivas y soporte técnico-metodológico. Conocimiento sólido de procesos de planificación, control, gobernanza, riesgos y reportabilidad ejecutiva.
