As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?Ensure the technical and economic results of contracts through monthly monitoring of all costs, preparation of spreadsheets, and interpretation of results, aiming to achieve operational margins. Monthly control and monitor performance indicators of activities through meetings with area managers, aiming to meet the service levels of each contract. Participate in follow-up meetings and results presentations with clients, presenting reports, spreadsheets, and graphs, giving and receiving feedback, in order to seek their satisfaction. Supervise and monitor, together with the LCC area, the development and implementation of continuous improvement programs and new projects, in order to increasingly meet the needs of clients and exceed their expectations. Ensure the economic clauses of contracts by verifying the accuracy of invoicing, approving purchase requisitions, analyzing and approving services provided by third parties, authorizing the entry and exit of materials at the client's plant, and approving client debits against Ceva, aiming to fulfill commercial and contractual negotiations. To determine and control the workforce for each contract, through the approval of personnel requisitions, for the proper functioning of the structure and control of the number of personnel. To manage matters relating to labor relations, through meetings with supervisors and employees, managing internal conflicts, taking preventive measures regarding possible labor lawsuits, ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards, requesting training for the team and approving promotions, aiming at maintaining and improving the organizational climate and employee development/motivation. To develop and motivate employees aiming at preparing new leaders for the company's growth. To represent the company at external events, participating in courses, seminars and congresses, in order to promote and disseminate the institutional image of CEVA. To analyze commercial contracts and possible business opportunities with clients, negotiating adjustments (due to inflation or price increases in general), adapting contractual clauses and analyzing new projects, aiming to align contracts with economic reality and achieve operational margins. Evaluate and review strategies. Hold management meetings. Systematically monitor contracts under your responsibility, traveling between your residence and contracts in the interior of São Paulo using a company-provided vehicle, following the specific Vehicle Policy for this role.
