Description
As a Sr Services Manager here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage service operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations in the Service Manager group by administratively managing Service Managers, monitoring regional group activities, supporting customer accounts, and focus on AOP / STRAP, strategies, and execution for the Latin America region. You will oversee service delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency. You will also determine final positions on any account-based Services strategies and will be an active member of the Services Leadership Team on Financial Planning and Growth initiatives. You will report directly to the Director Chemical Eng and you’ll work out of our Brazil location on an On-site work schedule.
