El Rol •    Colaborar con las áreas de operación, placement y siniestros para garantizar el adecuado funcionamiento de programas de beneficios de asegurados •    Gestionar la implementación de herramientas tecnológicas •    Apoyar las iniciativas de venta nueva •    Ser coach y dar soporte al equipo asignado sobre el manejo de renovaciones y casos complejos •    Supervisar el apego a lineamientos corporativos  •    Desarrollar entregables en colaboración con consultores locales y de otros países
