We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Geriatric Medicine Doctor to provide specialized care for our elderly patients. This role requires a deep understanding of the complex health needs of older adults and a commitment to improving their quality of life through personalized and comprehensive medical care. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough medical assessments and evaluations tailored to elderly patients. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans that address chronic illnesses and age-related conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic patient care. Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and preventive care. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records as per healthcare standards. Stay updated with advancements in geriatric medicine and integrate best practices into patient care. MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Board certification in Geriatric Medicine. Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state. 3+ years of experience in geriatric or related medical field. Strong knowledge of geriatric syndromes, chronic disease management, and medications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
