We are a dynamic company operating between Cape Town and Munich and are now looking for a motivated 360° Sales & Recruitment Assistant to join our team. This role is fully remote and designed for someone eager to grow in sales and recruitment while working in an international environment. Tasks - Support and manage CEO's LinkedIn profile (correspondence, networking, outreach). - Conduct sales approaches via LinkedIn and other business networks. - Conduct recruitment approaches via LinkedIn, targeting IT specialists. - Post and manage job ads for IT specialists and handle applications. - Organize and coordinate social interviews with candidates. Requirements - German-native or proficient (essential) with strong written and verbal skills. - Confident communicator on LinkedIn with a professional, engaging style. - Structured, independent, and proactive work style. - Comfortable working across different time zones (South Africa / Germany).
