Customer Service, Customer Support, Technical Customer Service, Quotation ,Order processing, Complaints, B2B manufacturing or distribution, ERP, Invoicing, Telephone, Reports, Coordination, Sales Administration, Sales Support, Manufacturing, Fluent in German, Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES:

To support the day-to-day activities for the Sales Team and Engineers whilst providing excellent customer service.

THE ROLE:

  • To support the Sales Managers and Mechanical Engineers
  • To deal with enquiries and process orders from entry acknowledgement to dispatch
  • To plan dispatches (date management based on Planning and Purchasing)
  • To raise pro-forma invoices
  • To provide prompt responses to customer queries relating to stock availability, quotations, delivery etc.
  • To provide Technical Support and have a pro-active contact with existing and potential customers
  • To keep accurate records and maintain customer databases
  • To liaise with other internal departments
  • To perform general administrative duties

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Fluent in English and German (Written & Spoken) is ESSENTIAL
  • Technical/Mechanical engineering background Customer Service Experience is A STRONG ADVANTAGE
  • A confident communicator with good problem solving skills
  • Proactive & adaptable to work under pressure
  • Unafraid to take on new challenges and develop within a demanding environment
  • IT literate
