In this role, you will collaborate with German-speaking business clients to understand their specific needs and deliver customized B2B solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support business solutions ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction. Responsibilities Engage with German-speaking B2B clients to analyze business challenges and requirements Develop and present tailored solutions that address client needs and objectives Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth deployment and integration of solutions Provide training and ongoing support to clients following implementation Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and project activities Stay informed on industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention and growth Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
