Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a German Customer Advisor for a leading Appliances Company, based in Greece! This position includes relocation support for candidates interested in making the move. If you have a passion for customer service and a keen interest in home appliances, we want you to join our team! Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, specifically in relation to home appliances. Assist customers with inquiries about products, troubleshooting, and warranty information. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and maintain brand loyalty. Document all customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain detailed records. Collaborate with other departments to relay customer feedback and suggest product or service improvements. Stay knowledgeable about new appliances and industry trends to offer informed assistance to customers. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the appliances or home goods sector, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers. Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer needs efficiently. Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural setting. A genuine interest in home appliances and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
