Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer a remote position for a German Customer Advisor with a Household Appliances Company, allowing you to work from any location in Greece. This role is ideal for customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service in the household appliances sector. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support to German-speaking customers regarding household appliances via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, order inquiries, and warranty services. Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with other teams to improve product knowledge and customer service processes. Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends to offer informed assistance. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; English language skills are a plus. Previous experience in customer service, especially within the household appliances sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a customer-oriented approach. Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic computer proficiency. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time efficiently. A genuine interest in household appliances and dedication to providing exceptional service.
