In this pivotal role, you will assist our German-speaking customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Address inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and technical assistance. Efficiently resolve customer issues and ensure they receive timely solutions. Document all customer interactions and feedback to enhance product knowledge and service quality. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Stay current on automotive trends and product updates to provide informed customer assistance. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Prior experience in customer service, specifically within the automotive industry, is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot customer inquiries. Familiarity with CRM systems or automotive software platforms is beneficial.
