Native or fluent German language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — a high level of German proficiency is mandatory. Valid EU passport or European Economic Area (EEA) travel document (mandatory requirement). Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a client-facing role is highly advantageous; experience within the automotive industry or a related sector is a distinct asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine customer-first mindset and the ability to handle sensitive or complex automotive queries with professionalism and care.
