This position is perfect for individuals passionate about electronics and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will assist German-speaking customers with their queries related to electronic products and services. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to electronic products, orders, warranties, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide detailed product information and assist customers in troubleshooting issues. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams and other departments to provide effective solutions. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or technology sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving ability and patience in handling customer concerns. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is desirable. Willingness to work standard office hours in Athens, Greece.
