POSITION DESCRIPTION

In this customer service role, we’re looking for someone fluent in German, interested in working with search engine optimization (SEO), and passionate about providing top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for all communication with our SEO clients and managing their SEO campaigns. German speaking customer support and proactively communicating with our established customer base to ensure best in class customer service, a higher level of relationship with our key customers. Working Hours:

  • Fully remote , you need to be based in Ireland
  • 7:00 AM – 16:00 PM Monday to Friday. No work on weekends or holidays.

MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Remote / Virtual platforms including MS Teams, Zoom and Skype

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns.
  • Represent our company and SEO product with excellent customer service.
  • Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
  • Assign SEO tasks to our fulfilment department.

What We Expect from You:

  • At least six months of experience in customer service.
  • Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential.
  • Good English skills (for internal communication only).
  • Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
  • Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts.
  • Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied.
