Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Malta Industry: Customer Support We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Customer Service team in Malta. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Receive incoming calls and handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner Convert customer inquiries into sales and achieve performance targets (sales, call-handling, and quality) as set out by the Market Manager and Team Leaders Communicate relevant customer feedback to Team Leaders for continuous improvement in service quality Provide effective support for all reservations and track inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction Assist other teams by handling cross-market calls, ensuring as many calls as possible are converted into sales Address and resolve customer complaints professionally Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues, and maintaining a collaborative working environment Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader Skills and Qualifications: Fluency in German (C-level) and English (C-level) is required Proven customer service and/or sales experience, with strong communication skills, both written and spoken Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel Typing skills of 25 words per minute (WPM) Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets Working Schedule and Contract: Full-time, with a flexible working schedule Permanent contract Why Join Us?
