Your Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor. Document interactions accurately and maintain organized records. Collaborate with fellow team members to improve service delivery and share insights. What We’re Looking For: Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is a must. Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
