A leading premium apparel company is seeking a German Customer Service Account Support professional to join their vibrant team in Hoofddorp. SKILLS:

  • Fluency in both German and English;
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service roles; experience within apparel, fashion or streetwear sectors would be advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A solution-focused attitude combined with the ability to engage positively with people from varied backgrounds using empathy and understanding.
  • Confidence working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or EXO as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; adaptability when learning new digital tools quickly is important.
Responsibilities
  • Interact professionally with customers through multiple channels including aircall, HubSpot tickets, live chat, and face-to-face meetings to ensure every customer receives a positive experience.
  • Deliver prompt and enthusiastic responses to all customer inquiries while maintaining respect and courtesy throughout each interaction.
  • Follow up on customer queries diligently to achieve the best possible outcomes by engaging in joint problem-solving efforts with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform administration tasks such as processing orders, managing databases, setting up new trade accounts, handling special pricing discounts, and correcting data within HubSpot or EXO systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular contact and tailored solutions that enhance their overall experience with the brand.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing or new clients, contributing positively to revenue growth while always keeping customer needs at the forefront.
  • Liaise effectively with the Credit Controller for processing returns related to online orders including credits, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Edit and distribute monthly newsletter updates relevant to your associated pricing tier using HubSpot tools.
  • Manage and schedule relabelling jobs efficiently through Monday.com workflow systems ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Complete fortnightly Lattice update reporting by identifying areas for development together with your Head of Department.
