This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals enthusiastic about fintech and eager to provide outstanding support to German-speaking clients navigating our cutting-edge payment solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking users of the online payment platform via phone, email, and live chat. Assist clients with account setup, transaction inquiries, troubleshooting, and general platform usage. Resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring a positive user experience. Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system to assist in continuous service improvement. Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to communicate user feedback and enhance platform features. Stay updated on industry trends, fintech regulations, and platform updates to offer accurate support. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory; good command of English is an advantage. Experience in customer support, preferably within fintech or online payment services. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical inquiries. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with CRM systems and support software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Interest in fintech and online payment platforms is highly desirable.
