As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist Booking.com customers, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities Provide professional and friendly customer support to German-speaking customers of Booking.com via phone, email, and chat. Assist with booking inquiries, changes, cancellations, and general support related to travel accommodations. Resolve customer issues efficiently with a customer-centric approach, maintaining high satisfaction levels. Document interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to provide quick and effective solutions to customer concerns. Stay informed about Booking.com's products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer support, preferably in travel or hospitality sectors. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle complex customer situations calmly and professionally.
