In this role, you will be pivotal in assisting German-speaking customers navigate the booking process, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience during their travels. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding car rental bookings, services, and inquiries. Respond to customer questions with professionalism and efficiency, providing accurate information about car rental options and policies. Effectively handle customer complaints and issues, striving to resolve them in a manner that ensures high satisfaction. Document customer interactions in our CRM system, contributing to continuous improvement of our service delivery. Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery. Stay informed about the latest offers, promotions, and industry trends related to car rentals to provide informed assistance. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service or support roles, particularly in the travel or car rental industry, is highly preferred. Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
