Multilingual Support: Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, representing the brand with professional poise. Strategic Problem-Solving: Dig deep into customer concerns to find the "why" and deliver tailored, effective resolutions. Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain an accurate history of customer interactions within our CRM to assist your global teammates. Continuous Product Growth: Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing training on the latest automotive tech and services. Team Integration: Partner with sales, logistics, and technical teams to streamline complex workflows. Note: Previous experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.
