What Success Looks Like in Your First Months • Take ownership of the store calendar and campaign planning • Collaborate with designers for timely asset delivery • Track performance metrics and optimize apps and reviews • Coordinate with email and media teams for aligned campaigns Who You Are / Skills & Experience • Fluent in German with strong understanding of market behavior • Shopify management experience • Organized, skilled in project management tools like ClickUp • Able to coordinate with designers, analyze data, monitor apps, and manage reviews • Collaborates effectively with marketing teams Expectation Role type: Independent contractor (Germany-based) Work model: 100% remote, fully flexible Time tracking: Hubstaff Compensation: Hourly + performance incentives; monthly stipend after 3 months; annual increment; health insurance from 2nd year
