Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a passionate and proactive German Junior Campaign & Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Barcelona. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to kick-start their career in campaign management and digital marketing within an energetic and international environment. You will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to German-speaking markets, contributing to brand growth and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns targeting German-speaking audiences. Support market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to design marketing materials and ensure timely campaign delivery. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing reports to recommend improvements. Contribute to content creation including social media posts, email marketing, and other promotional materials. Stay updated on industry trends and marketing best practices relevant to German markets. Fluent in German (written and spoken); knowledge of English and/or Spanish is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and campaign management. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as social media, email marketing software, and analytics tools is desirable. Willingness to work in Barcelona and be part of a multicultural team.
