NECESSARY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • At least 2 years of experience in media analytics, strategy consulting, financial analysis, or equivalent analytical position.
  • Experience in translating data into business recommendations and delivering insights-based presentations.
  • Ability to evaluate incrementality experiments and measure the causal impact of campaigns.
  • English proficiency: Upper intermediate and above.
  • German proficiency: Upper intermediate and above.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU´LL DO

As a Measurement Effectiveness Agent, you will work at the intersection of digital marketing and data science, helping our teams unlock insights around incrementality testing, causal impacts, attribution, and media mix modeling in a privacy-centric digital advertising ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing strategists, advertisers/agencies, and data scientists to run experiments, analyze media effectiveness, and measure true business impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute end-to-end causal impact studies, including identifying covariates, pulling and aggregating data, and analyzing results.
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Translate data into business recommendations and create insights-based presentations.
  • Collaborate with data teams to access the right datasets and build clear, actionable insights.
  • Build intuitive dashboards and reports to communicate results across stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing performance optimization through deep data analysis.
  • Advertising experience from either the advertiser, agency, or other media owner side.
  • Experience in marketing analytics, return on investment/financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in causal impact analysis.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like Google Ads, Meta, GA4, etc.
  • Comfortable turning complex data into simple stories for non-technical audiences.
