Role Overview Are you a seasoned finance professional with a background in Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations? We are seeking a German-Speaking Senior O2C Specialist to join a highly specialized team supporting a global leader in diabetes medical devices. In this senior on-site role based in Porto, you will oversee financial transactions, manage complex revenue cycle processes, and ensure perfect compliance across global markets. This position offers a direct path to a permanent contract following a standard 3-month trial period. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable (AR) lifecycles for international business transactions. Ensure strict compliance with financial controls, corporate policies, and international compliance frameworks. Handle multi-currency transactions and analyze complex financial data using advanced reporting structures. Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder management and negotiation, resolving escalated billing or account discrepancies. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior members of the finance operations team. Requirements & Profile Needed Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Languages: Native or proficient level of German paired with an advanced level of English (C1 Level minimum). Experience: 5–7 years of professional experience in O2C, AR, or Finance Operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Tech Skills: Hands-on experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) and advanced Microsoft Excel/reporting capabilities. Core Competencies: Strong analytical mind, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and exposure to global business or shared services environments. Work Schedule & Environment Location: Fully office-based (On-Site) at our financial operations hub in Porto, Portugal. Schedule: Standard corporate hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Days Off: Enjoy fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday). Relocation Support For eligible corporate professionals moving to Portugal to accept this position, we offer dedicated structural assistance: Accommodation Support: Access to company-shared accommodation for up to 12 months (detailed logistics are fully reviewed during the interview phase).
