WHAT DOES THE TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE:

• Negotiate and close contracts with property owners, demonstrating strong persuasion skills and a deep understanding of client needs.
• Manage a high volume of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and a conversion rate above company average.
• Manage a portfolio of existing leasing contracts
• Prepare detailed sales proposals tailored to individua property owners, highlighting the benefits and value propositions of client’s offerings.
• Negotiate with landlords to obtain the best possible rates, liaising with the both the legal and real-estate department when necessary
