Overview As a German speaker Customer Experience Specialist, Supply Chain, End-to End you will be responsible for perfect end-to-end order fulfillment within the order to cash process to ensure on-time shipment and deliver customer satisfaction. This role includes both customer service and logistics tasks in various shipping modes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Accounts Receivable, Logistics Procurement, Trade Compliance, Planning and Scheduling, Commercial and Business – and further functions - to manage processes that meet productivity and quality metrics ensuring seamless order execution. Responsibilities What You Will Do: Responsible for perfect End-to-End order fulfilment, from order receipt to delivery ensuring customer satisfaction in the Redispersible Powders business Cover own client portfolio as key transactional contact for customers and maintain a good relationship with both external and internal stakeholders Coordinate all load and shipment processes with local plant / warehouse personnel and carriers to ensure on-time delivery to customer Proactively monitor open orders and deliveries to avoid and resolve issues at the earliest possibility and mitigate negative impact of unavoidable disturbances Document, investigate and follow up of internal and external complaints Recommend process improvement including investigation of quality failures and the development of preventive and corrective actions for quality failures Update customer master information in SAP Process billing related adjustments (e.g. returns, credit/debits) Assist with resolution of freight invoice discrepancies Qualifications You Will Bring: Fluent English and German Strong, decided personality with excellent communication skills Solution-oriented mindset Customer focus SAP knowledge Preferably 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain field, like O2C, sales support, order processing, customer service and logistics operation We offer: work-life balance with hybrid working attractive compensation with compehensive Cafeteria and health insurance the opportunitiy of managing a German-speaking porfolio with multifaceted and complex tasks growth opportunities and language courses doggy days at the office and company events CSR and employee groups About CBS CBS (Celanese Business Solutions) Budapest is more than a shared service center.
